Cancellation: Yes. You may cancel an order within 12 hours of originally placing your order with us provided it has not already been dispatched or text has not been printed for the personalised products. To cancel an order please contact us with your name, address & order number.
Returns: Inflated balloons cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Number balloons float for more than a week if kept at normal room temperature.
You can add just a name or message if you select personalisation option. Your message should not be more than 30 characters.
Payment can be made via PayPal or debit/credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Electron and Visa Delta. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to.
