Frequently Asked Questions
All Helium inflated balloons are made and shipped the day before your desired delivery date.
All other products are shipped within 1-3 business days of you placing your order.
However, if you require any of the products by a specific date, please contact us before placing an order.
Helium inflated balloons (except numbers) – Delivered by Special Guarantee Next Working Day which is £10. You choose the required delivery date on the product page.
Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge of £5 so £15 in total.
Number Balloons – Only available for collection.
All other products – 2nd class delivery which normally takes 2-4 days to deliver but can in some cases take a maximum of 10 working days (as advised by Royal Mail)
We post our personalised balloons with next day delivery. All other products are shipped with 2nd class delivery.
If you want the next day delivery for any other product, please get in touch.
Yes. Collection is available from Wrexham LL14 4AF. Collection date can be selected at the checkout.
Inflated number balloons are available for collection ONLY. All other items are available for collection and delivery.
Please note: We require at least 2-3 days notice for collections. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing the order.
Cancellation: Yes. You may cancel an order within 12 hours of originally placing your order with us provided it has not already been dispatched or text has not been printed for the personalised products. To cancel an order please contact us with your name, delivery address & order number.
Returns: We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the products you have purchased and they are unused and within their original packaging, please contact us first. Once you have received an update you can then return them to us for a refund within 14 days of the order.
When returning any item to us please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order number. (Buyer will be responsible for the return postage).
* Please note that personalised items can only be returned if the goods are “faulty”. More details of “faulty” are in the terms and conditions.
While we endeavour to honour Next Day Delivery for Personalised Balloons, we are at the mercy of our couriers. Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions and other factors outside of our control.
Please Note: All Personalised Balloons are dispatched in enough time so that they should arrive on your chosen delivery date. However, there are occasions where the couriers experience issues which means your delivery is delayed. If your delivery arrives one working day (Monday to Friday) later than the requested delivery date, we will not provide a refund, except where you have chosen a Saturday Delivery, in which case we will refund the associated cost for this service. If your delivery is more than one working day (Monday to Friday) late, we may provide a refund depending on the circumstances.
Our personalised bubble balloons have a float time of approximately 1 week (best has been for over 4 weeks)
Foil balloons can last more than a week & Latex balloons (if inflated by us) can last between 1-2 days sometimes a week.
Please note: Above floating times can only be achieved if kept at optimum room temperature to ensure it looks it’s best for the longest period of time.
Your message should be up to 40 characters. In some cases we can increase the character limit although this will have an impact on the text size.

Payment can be made via PayPal or debit/credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Electron and Visa Delta. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to.
Our payment methods are secured by PayPal and Stripe.
Yes, simply place another order and send us a message with both order numbers, name and description and we will dispatch these together.
