Setup: Quick and easy installation with no professional training required. All you need to do is to have fun and enjoy! Our Kit is specially created with one-step decoration to ensure that setup is a breeze! Your event space would be so filled that no one would know you had it set up within minutes.
Please note that aluminium film balloons do not float, please do not use helium, inflate them with air and attach them on the wall or elsewhere for decoration.
Float time with helium for latex balloons is between 3-7 hours so it’s recommended that you inflate them on the day and not long before the event. Air inflated balloons can last days. To keep balloon properly inflated, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst.
For Confetti balloons: If using helium, we recommend filling the balloons with a puff of air (balloon pump) and the rest helium. The air will help the confetti cling to the sides of the balloon and the helium will allow it to float.

All Helium inflated balloons are made and shipped the day before your desired delivery date.
All other products are shipped within 1-3 business days of you placing your order.
However, if you require any of the products by a specific date, please contact us before placing an order.
We are only offering 2nd class delivery for these products which normally takes 2-4 days to deliver but can in some cases take a maximum of 10 working days (as advised by Royal Mail)
We post our personalised balloons with next day delivery. All other products are shipped with 2nd class delivery.
If you want the next day delivery for any other product, please get in touch.
Yes. Collection is available from Wrexham LL14 4AF. Collection date can be selected at the checkout.
Inflated number balloons are available for collection ONLY. All other items are available for collection and delivery.
Please note: We require at least 2-3 days notice for collections. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing the order.
Cancellation: Yes. You may cancel an order within 12 hours of originally placing your order with us provided it has not already been dispatched or text has not been printed for the personalised products. To cancel an order please contact us with your name, delivery address & order number.
Returns: We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the products you have purchased and they are unused and within their original packaging, please contact us first. Once you have received an update you can then return them to us for a refund within 14 days of the order.
When returning any item to us please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order number. (Buyer will be responsible for the return postage).
* Please note that personalised items can only be returned if the goods are "faulty". More details of "faulty" are in the terms and conditions.
